• Harvest or collect user information, including email addresses, without their consent
• Generate content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to generate spam or duplicative content
• Automate or programmatically use the Service outside of our official API

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

Content generated through the Service based on your keywords and preferences is owned by you upon generation, subject to payment of applicable fees. You are responsible for the Content you publish and distribute.

5.2 Source Data

TrendScribbr analyzes publicly available social media conversations. We do not claim ownership of this Source Data. The Service summarizes and transforms this data into original Content.

5.3 Attribution and Citation

You are responsible for providing appropriate attribution and citation when publishing Content generated by the Service that references specific individuals, companies, or sources.

5.4 TrendScribbr Rights

We retain all rights to the Service itself, including our AI Agents, algorithms, user interface, and other proprietary elements. We also retain the right to use anonymized data about Content generation to improve our Service.

6. Privacy and Data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendScribbr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to TrendScribbr during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
